Rural Economic and Agriculture Development Agency (READA) 

Founded in 2005, READA is a Cambodian NGO working in some of the most disadvantaged and climate-vulnerable districts of Siem Reap province, including Angkor Thom, Banteay Srey, and Chikreng. 

READA’s mission is to strengthen food security and livelihoods through sustainable agricultural development. Their work includes: 

• Facilitating Self-Help Savings Groups.
• Providing agriculture training and technical support 
• Promoting organic fertiliser and irrigation innovations 
• Ensuring all initiatives are community led and endorsedby local leaders 

Lotus is happy to fund the the costs of the Lotus-READA Project staff comprising a Project Manager and three Field Officers, and to contribute to READA’s operational overheads.
